Contract Responsibilities

When engaging in study and work abroad programs, both the client (the individual or organization seeking the services) and the company (Peakworth INC) have specific responsibilities outlined in the contract to ensure a successful and mutually beneficial partnership. These responsibilities are designed to clarify expectations, promote transparency, and safeguard the interests of both parties. We state the contract responsibilities for both clients and the company as follow:

Client Responsibilities:

Submission of Accurate Information: 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their academic qualifications, professional background (if applicable), language proficiency, and any other details required for the study or work abroad application.

Timely submission of relevant documents is also expected.

Compliance with Requirements: 

Clients must comply with the requirements of the study or work abroad program, including academic or professional prerequisites, language proficiency tests, and any other criteria set by the universities, employers, or immigration authorities.

Timely Communication:

Open and timely communication with us is essential. Clients should promptly respond to requests for additional information, updates, and any queries related to the study or work abroad process.

Financial Obligations: 

Clients are responsible for meeting the financial obligations associated with the study or work abroad program. 

This includes tuition fees, living expenses, visa and immigration costs, and any other expenses related to the program.

The student/sponsor/worker must understand that there are some non-refundable fees, and Peakworth INC will inform them at the beginning of the assessment period. 

Visa and Immigration Process: 

Clients must follow the guidelines provided by Peakworth INC and relevant immigration authorities to obtain the necessary visas and permits for studying or working abroad.

Preparation and Orientation: 

Clients are expected to participate in pre-departure orientation sessions and adequately prepare themselves for the cultural, academic, and professional aspects of their destination country.

Adherence to Rules and Regulations: 

Clients should abide by the rules and regulations of the host institution or employer during their study or work abroad period. This includes academic or workplace conduct, attendance, and other relevant policies.

Peakworth INC Responsibilities:

Providing Clear Information:  

We have the responsibility to provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding study or work abroad programs, including program details, application processes, costs, and other relevant information.

Application Support:

We will be responsible for guiding and assisting clients throughout the application process, including preparation of necessary documents, completing application forms, and meeting deadlines.

Transparency in Fees and Charges:

All fees and charges related to the study or work abroad program will be communicated transparently to clients. There will be no hidden costs or surprises during the process.

Timely Updates:

We will keep clients informed about the progress of their applications, visa and immigration processes, and any other significant developments throughout the program.

Support and Assistance:

We will provide ongoing support and assistance to clients during their study or work abroad experience. This includes addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the program.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations: 

It is our responsibility to adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing the provision of study and work abroad services, including those related to data protection and immigration.

Quality Assurance: 

We guaranty high standards of service quality and promise to ensure that the study or work abroad programs offered meet the expectations of clients and comply with relevant industry standards.

By clearly defining these contract responsibilities, both the client and Peakworth INC will work collaboratively to create a positive and successful study or work abroad experience.
